Celebrate Your Heritage This Friday!

This Friday is High Point's International Day. As we gear up for fun games, crafts, performances and more, here are a few reminders to get you and your students ready:

DRESS UP
Students can wear clothing that represents another country or culture (traditional attire, shirts displaying flags or symbols). They must still wear their regular school shoes for PE. This is not a free dress day, so if students don't want to dress up, school uniform should be worn.

PACK LIGHT LUNCH
All grades (except for Kinder) will enjoy a community potluck during regular lunch hour. Thank you to everyone who signed up to provide international and regional fare for this! Please pack your child a LIGHT lunch unless you know that your students won't partake, in which case they should bring a full lunch or order Choice Lunch.

GET INVOLVED
We could still use some volunteers for PE and community potluck. Click here to sign up - http://www.signupgenius.com/go/409044ea9a92ca13-ifyoucould1. Thank you!
