High Point Academy partners with Dewar to provide a comprehensive Tuition Refund Plan for our families. This partnership protects families should your student be forced to withdraw mid-year due to circumstances beyond their control such as a family move, injury/illness, scholastic difficulties, financial problems, disciplinary action, etc.
If your student withdraws, the Tuition Refund Plan will pay benefits (subject to the terms of the policy and the amount insured) to the school, which provides substantial assistance in meeting your financial obligation per your signed contract.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is designed to assist HPA families with documented financial need in a transparent and equitable manner. Our school uses Clarity to process financial aid applications, which provides us with in-depth financial analysis that enables HPA to allocate our resources thoughtfully and fairly. All information from Clarity regarding a family’s request for financial assistance is kept confidential. While we wish we could provide aid to all who qualify, the availability of fiscal resources, number of qualified applicants, and overall budgetary considerations do influence financial aid decisions.
When assessing a family's need for aid, we take the entire financial picture into account. On the Clarity application, you will be asked to submit 2024 and 2025 tax returns and W2s, in addition to providing a recent paystub and details on your overall expenses. The Clarity application fee is $65.
If you receive a financial aid award, High Point Academy applies the percentage of the aid you receive to additional expenses that are required during the school year, i.e. technology (our 1:1 Macbook program that begins in 5th grade), overnight field trips, and more.
Our Clarity financial aid application will open on November 1, 2025.
The deadline for prospective families to apply is February 20, 2026.
This includes the application and all tax documents.
The deadline for returning families to apply is March 6, 2026.
This includes the application and all tax documents.
*Please note, if you are a returning family and would like to apply for financial aid for the first time, you will need to demonstrate a substantial change in circumstance or income in order to be considered.
