HPA relies on its dedicated parents to help with special events and programs, fundraisers, sports and classroom volunteer needs.

Dads' and Special Friends' Breakfast
Held during Book Fair week, volunteers are needed to assist with setup, serving, and cleanup.
No-Cost Fundraisers (e-scrip, etc.)

Staff Appreciation Luncheon
Volunteers are needed to help plan lunch for our faculty and staff the day after Open House.
Used Uniform Sale
Held twice a year, volunteers are needed to promote, sort, and sell the used uniforms.
Family Dinner Night
Volunteers are needed for planning, publicity, decorations, setup, and cleanup. The next Family Dinner Night will be held on Thursday,

Kindergarten Screening Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to serve as hosts for prospective kindergarten students and parents during the Kindergarten Screening Process held in January and February.
Parent Coffee - First Day of School
Volunteers are needed to set up, oversee, and clean up refreshments at the Parent Coffee.
Thursday Hot Lunch Program
Volunteers are needed to serve lunch to the children on Thursdays with a rotation of pizza, chicken, burgers, and tacos.
Car pool and Snack Coordinator
Volunteers are needed to assist in these areas for junior high sports. (Classroom specific.)
Room Parents and
Parent Grade-Level Parties
Grade Level Parties
Volunteers are needed to host the grade-level parties in their home. Parties are held during the first quarter of the school year for all parents of a grade level.
Room Parents coordinate volunteers for class functions, attend Parent Auxiliary meetings, and serve as liaisons between the Parent Auxiliary and parents in the classroom.
Seventh-Grade Graduation Assistants
Graduation Assistants help the eighth-grade room parents with graduation planning and support graduation activities on the day of graduation.
