Ms. Hibbard was brought up and educated in Southern California. After graduating with a BA in Psychology, she worked for over 20 years in a special education school, where she specialized as a Behavior Assistant, but also filled in as a teacher and Substitute Teacher. After that, she spent time in private, public, and charter schools as an Associate and Substitute Teacher. Ms. Hibbard's passion for helping students to love learning guides her everyday interactions with her students as well as her own children. In her free time, she enjoys watching her son run in Cross Country and Track Meets, as well as reading, and taking pictures of nature.
