Apply to 1 - 8 Grade

Please read each step before you begin the application process. All applications are due January 24, 2020. Please call the admissions office for more information.

Step 1
Make a reservation online to join a tour or attend an Open House. These events are designed for parents, however older school-aged children may attend. (See "Admissions Tours and Open Houses").

Step 2

Complete and submit the online application. You will be prompted to pay the $125 application fee before you can successfully complete the application process. If you wish to pay with an alternative method or have any questions regarding the payment process, please call our office at (626) 798-8989 ext. 0015.

Step 3
Give 1 recommendation forms (along with stamped envelopes addressed to High Point Academy) to a teachers at your child’s current school. These forms are due February 1.

Step 4
Please download the  School Transcripts form and give it to your child's current school requesting the transcript be sent by February 1.

Once the application is received, you will be notified by the school to schedule an appointment for a student shadow day and academic assessment.

Step 6
Visit our "Required Forms" section for all supplemental documents that must be submitted to High Point Academy with your application.

Step 7
Register to take the Independent Schools Entrance Exam (ISEE). To register for the ISEE go to
