EAGLE MAIL for Thursday, February 2 - Wednesday, February 8
RE-ENROLLMENT CONTRACTS
Re-enrollment contracts for the 2012-2013 school year are available online through each student's account on the HPA Website.  If you need to have the password reset, please be sure to call the office so that you can complete the re-enrollment process as soon as possible.  You may print a copy of the contract for your own records, but
do not need to turn in a copy of the completed contract to the office. Contracts and Student Body Fees are due Wednesday, February 22.

ALMOST THERE.....

The Annual Fund has reached $281,001, or 94% of our monetary target and at 84% HPA family participation (218 of 259 families).  Thank you to those families who have participated to date!

For those who have not had the opportunity to make a pledge or donation, we invite you to join us in supporting the students, teachers and programs of HPA by making a pledge or donation to the Annual Fund today.  Donations of ALL sizes are important and make a difference!

100% parent participation is very important as it opens up outside funding opportunities.  The higher our parent participation percentage, the greater chance that we will receive funding from grantmaking organizations and the surrounding community.

Please click
here for a donation/pledge form, or e-mail Development Director Ingrid de Llamas with your pledge at idellamas@highpointacademy.org

Thank you for your support!

February is Waste Less Living Month!  Students and parents are encouraged to pack waste less lunches this month with a contest on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays beginning Monday, February 6.  If an entire grade has lunches that generate no trash (everything in the lunch is reusable, recyclable, or compostable) then that grade earns 1 point.  When a grade earns 3 points, the students in that grade will earn a bonus free dress day.  The grade earning the most points in February will get a pizza party in March.  Good Luck!
