One recommendation form is required from your child's current pre-school. Please print one and take it to your pre-school in January. They will complete it and mail it to High Point Academy by February 1.

Grades 1-8
Two recommendation forms from your child's current school are required for each applicant to High Point Academy. We request that these forms are filled out by the child's current teacher, immediate past teacher, an administrator, or coach. Please print these forms and take them to your current school to be mailed directly to High Point Academy. These are due to High Point by February 1.
