Admission Process

2024-2025 Rolling Admissions - Beginning March 19th

Dates + Deadlines
  • High Point sibling applications are due by November 16, 2023.
  • Applications are due by January 17, 2024.
  • One teacher recommendation for grades K-8 is required by February 1, 2024.
  • Transcripts from the past 1-2 years are required for grades 1-8 by February 1, 2024.
  • Admissions decision notifications are sent March 8, 2024.
  • Your child must be five years old by September 1, 2024 to begin kindergarten.
 
Tour
  • To sign up for a tour, please fill out an inquiry form through the portal below.
  • You will receive a welcome email, and when you enter the admissions portal, you will see a sign that says "Checklist". Click into that box. 
  • On the left side of the screen you will see a sign-up for TOURS. Please select from the list. 

 
Kindergarten Play Date
  • Groups of 10 kindergarten students will take approximately one hour to participate in individual and small group activities, starting on the playground.  During this time, parents will have the opportunity to informally meet with our administrative team.
  • All non-sibling kindergarten applicant visits will begin in January. These visits can be scheduled by the parent through the admission portal.
  • All High Point siblings applying for kindergarten will visit in early December. These visits can be scheduled through the admission portal.
 
First - Seventh Grade Shadow Days
  • Your child will sign up to visit a class in their current grade. The visits will begin at 8:30 am and end at lunch time. 
  • Parents will be invited to sign up for an interview with an administrator after they drop off, or before they pick up their child.
